When sleep becomes a struggle,
there's a way through

Whether you're lying awake

exhausted

dreading bedtime

or just running on empty

you don't have to keep managing this alone.

I'm Louise Berger, behavioural sleep specialist.

For more than a decade I've helped adults overcome insomnia and other sleep difficulties through NHS and independent practice.

I've helped thousands of adults get their sleep back.

A girl feeling sad

Maybe...

  • You struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep or both

  • You worry about your sleep

  • You wonder if your brain has simply forgotten how to sleep

  • You sleep well, but at the wrong time

  • You’ve tried everything (apps, supplements, gadgets, sleep hygiene) and nothing has made a lasting difference

  • You feel exhausted

  • You want practical strategies for insomnia, snoring, night terrors, sleepwalking or other sleep issues, without relying on medication

If this feels familiar, you're in the right place.

Now imagine if you could

go to bed without the dread. Wake in the night without the spiral. Gradually trust that sleep will come, not because you've tried harder, but because you finally understand what's been getting in the way.

Then imagine what that gives back during the day. Not just energy, but the ability to make plans and actually look forward to them. To be present with the people you care about. To enjoy an evening rather than watching the clock, already bracing for another bad night. To stop being the person who can't sleep and feel like yourself again.

The shift isn't just about hours of sleep. It's about feeling back in control, of your nights, your days, and your relationship with sleep altogether.

That's not a distant hope. It's what happens when you finally get the right help.

“Thank you for helping me find my night and day again.”

Hi, I'm Louise

Louise Berger, Behavioural Sleep Medicine Specialist and Sleep Therapist (CBT‑I)

I established a dedicated NHS insomnia service in 2011 and continue to lead it today.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people who felt they’d tried everything, people with complex or long‑standing problems and people who arrived convinced nothing would work.

Alongside working with individuals, I teach and train healthcare professionals, speak at conferences and contribute to the development of sleep services and guidance across the UK.

No pressure.
No judgement.
No false hopes.

Just tools that work.

What I Offer
